DISCOVER THE MOSEL IN THE ADVENTURE FOREST CLIMBING PARK OR ON THE CLIMBING TRAIL
The Mosel and its steep slopes are breathtakingly spectacular and are ideal for climbing. The climbing trail of the Erden Treppchen winegrowing site or of the Bremm Calmont being the steepest vineyard in Europe are perfect for climbing up to magnificent heights to enjoy the panoramic views.
The climbing trails have free access and are also suitable for beginners as they can be surmounted without climbing gear. There are small flights of steps and numerous ladders leading you through the curvy and winding walking trails and vineyards. Sum up all your courage – it’s worth it.
If you really want to reach for the sky with fun and action then the Adventure Forest Climbing Park in Traben-Trarbach is your best bet. From the Deutschherrenhof it is only 20 minutes’ drive to the park. Protected by safety harnesses you can climb up metre high trees and whizz down into the valley on Ziplines. There are many different challenging rope courses available.
The package “Mosel Fit & Fun“ offers a trip to the Adventure Forest Climbing Park and a canoeing trip on the Mosel.
