Flexible Cancellation Conditions

Dear Guests,

In times of uncertainty we would like to provide you with some trust and safety!  We have therefore decided to immediately adjust our cancellation conditions valid until 31 May 2020. The Deutschherrenhof would like to give you flexibility in browsing and booking whilst not dampening your expectation of a great Mosel holiday – on the contrary, anticipation is the greatest joy!

These special conditions are immediately in force and valid until 31 May:

1. Should the government extend the shutdown of the hotel business, the booking will automatically be deleted for the period of the official closure without you having to do anything on your part.
2. You will have the option of cancelling your booking at the Deutschherrenhof up to 48 hours prior to arrival free of charge with immediate effect and valid until 31 May 2020.

Please note that our regular cancellation policy is free cancellations up to 7 days prior to arrival and it is still in place and will remain valid. Not only for our guests but also for us it is important and only fair to be able to re-assess the situation and conditions at regular intervals and to re-adjust as necessary. We will inform you of any further changes.

Until then, we remain full of anticipation and excitement about welcoming you and your family to the Deutschherrenhof and we are ready to set up your unforgettable Mosel holiday.

Our renovation work is in full swing and is being done with great attention to detail. The whole team cannot wait to present the results to you and is awaiting your visit.
